Start your Identity

Open Mosaic Identity and choose Create Identity. The creation flow takes you through a few private account details before your Mosaic Email is ready to use.

Enter your name

Use your first and last name as you want Mosaic to address you. This name stays private and is not used as your public Mosaic Email.

Confirm your birthday

Enter a valid birth date. Mosaic uses this information to help keep Identity secure and age-appropriate.

Choose your Mosaic Address

Your Mosaic Address becomes the sign-in you use across supported Mosaic experiences, in the format yourname@cmosam.com. Choose between 3 and 48 letters, numbers, periods, or underscores. If an address is unavailable, try a distinct variation rather than using someone else’s identity.

Create a strong password

Create a password with at least 10 characters, then enter it again to confirm it. Use a password you do not reuse on another service and store it in a trusted password manager when possible.

Add a profile photo

You can upload a photo or take one during setup. This step is optional—your initials are used until you choose a photo, and you can update it later from your Identity profile.

Finish and sign in

After the address is confirmed, your Mosaic Identity is created and ready to sign in to supported Mosaic products. Keep your Mosaic Address and password private.
